The head is quite different from other products. It is mainly used at both ends of various containers. Both the raw materials for pressing and the inspection after manufacturing must be very clear. In this way, when there are any problems later, it can be found out where the problem lies. How to solve it!

　　Therefore, the materials used to manufacture the heads should have confirmation marks for inspection and tracking. During the manufacturing process, if the original confirmation marks are cut off or the material is divided into several pieces, the transfer of the marks should be completed before cutting. The expression method of the confirmation mark is specified by the head manufacturing unit and must meet the following two requirements:

　　a) For stainless steel and composite steel plate heads, aluminum, titanium, copper, nickel and nickel alloy heads, and composite material heads, hard prints shall not be used as material confirmation marks and welder marks on their corrosion-resistant surfaces. The marking and marking of titanium materials and titanium-steel composite plates shall also comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T4745.

　　b) For steel cryogenic pressure vessel heads and heads that require fatigue analysis and design, hard seals shall not be used as material confirmation marks or welder marks.

　　Although these are all minor details, only by doing every small detail well can the development of the major steps be determined
